Founded by Dan FUOCHI, whose journey was profoundly shaped by personal loss, our company is driven by a commitment to bring positive change to the world. The loss of Dan’s mom to cancer acted as a wake-up call, prompting him to channel his skills and passion into initiatives focused on the greater good, with a particular focus on global health.
The name of the company has a personal and meaningful origin. When Dan’s daughter was little, he used to read her a book that featured a Muskox, and she always loved the page where the animal appeared. Her fondness for that moment stayed with him. Upon researching the animal, Dan discovered that the MuskOx is renowned for its resilience and ability to thrive in tough conditions. That quality deeply resonated with him, as it’s the kind of strength and endurance he wants to instill in his company.

Dan is an attorney at the Geneva Bar and the founder and CEO of MUSKOX IMPACT LAW & FINANCE LLC. An entrepreneur at heart, he advises social businesses and NGOs addressing today’s social, cultural and environmental issues. he holds a Licentiate in Law (equivalent to a master’s degree) from the University of Geneva, an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, and a certificate of advanced studies in SDG Investing from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
Audrey GOGORA

Audrey is an attorney admitted to the New-York Bar, the Paris Bar and the Geneva Bar advising individuals as well as corporations in the fields of Swiss and international business and tax law. She holds an LL.M. degree in Business law and a second LL.M. in Tax Law delivered by the University of Geneva.
Jacques LOEHR
Financial Advisor specialized in African investments
Jacques is a seasoned professional a with a particular expertise in Corporate and Investment Banking and Risk management. He owns and operates his own consulting and finance advisory firm, dedicated to projects and investments in Africa. Jacques holds also a position as vice-president and treasurer of a French green innovation incubator he founded with several expert partners. Jacques acquired a long standing experience in Banking and Finance as member of the executive committee and CEO of several foreign affiliates of the BNP Paribas during more than 26 years. Jacques holds a bachelor from EM Strasbourg Business School.

Justine is a creative experiential marketer and people connector. From grassroots efforts to national campaigns, she has spent the last 9 years crafting fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and engagement events. Justine’s career has been shaped by her passion of creating better environments for those who need it most. She holds a bachelors in business administration (international business) from the University of Memphis and a Masters of Finance from the Geneva Finance Research Institute/University of Geneva.
